Making chili from scratch today. I am doing pinto beans, soaked them overnight and cooked them today. So far they came out great. I can barely find any chili recipes in my cookbooks. I will be winging it for now. Any favorite recipes out there? My nephew is on spring break and loves chili and rice so we are going for it.
