Yes I am really into spinach, i am eating it with everything. Topped w a pinch of pecorino. Pan roasted the breasts were not perfect, a little dry. Still hella good, just not perfect. I played w the heat unsuccesfully. Made a wine reduc. w chardonnay and a little butter to improve. Peppers and carrots were orange. Quinoa for grain. Sambal badjak for Heat
