Had dinner w friends at I'o. @makersmaui and wife lauren and @tommyrusso. Everything was so delicious. The starter menu to dessert. Ribbon salad, spinach, green papaya, carrots. This is half, they split the order for me.

Lamb pa- delicate and tender lamb that begs to be doused in this curry marsala sauce. The root veg were delish, the greens i could have eaten a pile of, dont know what they were.
Swordfish. This is such a beautiful dish w all the colors.
