I froze leftover dough from christmas and pulled it out over new year's. I am not exactly confident about the thaw process. I thawed on the counter and read later its best done in the fridge. Nevertheless the results were spectacular. I mixed cinnamon, raw organic sugar, and brown sugar for the filling.
