This morning's home brewed coffee is french roast from whole foods market ($12.99 for 12 oz) plus organic Horizon dairy half and half ($2.69 for 6oz) and raw sugar from VIPs cash and carry store, all in Kahului. The french roast is delicious and well balanced, no biting bitter edge at all.
Breakfast is a new twist on the breakfast sandwich. Homemade waffle leftovers frozen and toasted. Those crisp triangles are then slathered with butter and then I filled them with a slice of Tillamook cheddar and organic ham (uncured no nitrates $7.49 for 6 oz at Whole Foods Market). It was quick and yummy. Now i am off to make paper crowns with the kids.
